Welcome to The Skill Mill, the international social enterprise providing employment for young offenders in watercourse and horticulture services. Established in Newcastle Upon Tyne in 2013 and trading from February 2014, we are rapidly expanding across the UK offering high quality services with support from our national and regional partners.
