The Skill Mill Surrey attended the Working Together for Woking event again this year. The Mayor of Woking, Cllr Saj Hussain (pictured) had the honour of formally opening the event.
The event is free to attend. Visitors can meet and engage with over 60 locally based community organisations, who provide a variety of services to support Woking residents. They can also speak to experienced volunteers about the hundreds of rewarding volunteer opportunities available to anyone who has a few hours to spare each week.
The Skill Mill Surrey met with some fantastic individuals and organisations. It was a great chance for our young employees to showcase their work within the local community. We hope to attend the event again next year.
