Our Skill Mill Away Day took place on Friday 6th May 2022 where our Supervisors and Hub staff met up in Oldham. The day was both fun and full of learning.
It was a great opportunity to get everyone together with attendance being both in person and virtually via Microsoft Teams.
The day was led by Skill Mill Director Andy Peaden and covered a range of topics which allowed the supervisors to share experiences. We discussed Health and Safety, CSCS training, and shared best practice.
We would like to thank guest speaker Kevin Dale from Penshaw View, who gave a session on Health and Safety. All of our teams are fully competent and ensure the safety of themselves, our young people, and members of the public at all times.
The day was also joined remotely by Construction Cert who are our new providers for CSCS tests. We look forward to starting this new partnership.
