Peterlee Town Council has an extensive portfolio of open spaces – over 400 acres in total – ranging from formal parks and play areas, allotments, the beautiful Town Cemetery, excellent sports grounds and informal open spaces including an internationally-significant geological site.
Our young people have been working alongside Peterlee Town Council, on a park management project. This is a great opportunity which is being enjoyed by everyone involved.
