Dr. Katri-Liis Lepik

katri-liis@theskillmill.org Katri-Liis Lepik is an Associate Professor at Tallinn University and an international expert in social innovation, social entrepreneurship, and public sector transformation. She has over two decades of experience working across academia, policy, and practice to develop inclusive and sustainable solutions to complex social challenges. Katri-Liis has led and participated in numerous EU-funded projects focused on community empowerment, social innovation ecosystems, and participatory governance. She is also an URBACT validated expert supporting cities in innovation and strategic development. As a Board Member of the Skill Mill since 2015 she brings expertise in social impact, empowerment, and cross-sector collaboration.
