Vivian Moyo

Vivian is passionate about supporting young people to recognize their strengths, build their confidence, and take positive steps towards their future. In her role as a Pathways Advisor with The Skill Mill, she enjoys getting to know each young person as an individual, understanding their interests and aspirations, and helping them explore realistic opportunities in employment, education and training.

Having her own lived experience of childhood trauma, she understands that everyone’s journey is different, and she feels this helps her to relate to and connect with young people who may have experienced challenges in their own lives. She's passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where young people feel listened to, understood and encouraged to believe in what they can achieve.

Outside of work, she enjoys creating content and using her creativity to connect with people, share ideas, and hopefully inspire others.
