Ross Carter

Ross brings over 26 years of experience spanning construction, youth work and family services. He has worked for the NHS and local authorities in case management, group work and mediation, supporting vulnerable young people at risk of criminalisation.

In 2018, Ross developed his own projects to raise awareness and provide support for young people and families around knife crime, gangs and exploitation. Having worked across both Birmingham and Surrey, Ross is now Supervisor at The Skill Mill Surrey.
